Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return them within 7 days of delivery.

What items are returnable?

  • They must be in original condition 
  • They must be unworn, (unused and in the same way you received them.)
  • In their original packaging, and
  • a proof of payment or receipt must provided.

Are refunds charged?

  • You will be liable for the charges of returning your parcel to our head quarters operation offices. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable!

Our shoes are custom made if you choose a pair to be made in your specifications you can only replace if we got your shoes wrong, or there is damage on the shoes. All custom made shoes are not refundable, they are made according to a clients specifications and desire, therefore we do not refund such. Please contact our customer support for replacement options.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when you can expect us to deliver the product. If the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a four digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
